If you are a Bittiq client, your personal data and other data will be governed by the provisions as contractually agreed between your company and Bittiq. If you are using the Account Information Service offered by Connectly, your personal data and other data will be governed by the provisions as agreed in the Connectly User agreement and Privacy Statement.

Our website is hosted on the platform, which enables us to manage our website and keep it up and running. Their data storage consists of secure servers behind a firewall, located in the United States of America, Ireland and Israel. They also may use other jurisdictions if deemed necessary by them.

How long your data is kept

We are only allowed to keep your personal data for as long as it's still is necessary for the purpose we initially required it. After this we will delete your data with a maximum of 12 months following the provision or collection of your data.
